Mind To Move is a mindful relaxation and movement class devised and developed by Julia James-Griffiths. The practice focuses on supporting mental health and well-being needs through mindful relaxation and movement; connecting the mind and body together to bring release.


The class begins with exercises in breathing, relaxation and visualisation, before moving into led movement improvisation. All levels are welcome - no dance experience is necessary.

Mind To Move Classes were launched following the creation of Mind To Move Online Classes - our response to COVID 19 and the Global pandemic. These classes were delivered during lockdown via Zoom.
