Julia will be a teaching a block of dance classes for professional dancers at Dance Base this Autumn. Julia's class is release-based, and involves moving in and out of the floor. The class explores the connections and movement possibilities of the body as whole, and how to move in a more efficient way; through spirals and the use of weight and suspension.
