Contemporary:

Julia's class is release-based, and involves moving in and out of the floor. The class explores the connections and movement possibilities of the body as whole, and how to move in a more efficient way; through spirals and the use of weight and suspension.
The class sometimes ends with led improvisation; using the use of imagery and the engagement of the senses as a source to inspire and explore new ways of moving and responding.
Mind to Move:

Mind To Move is a relaxation and mindful movement practice that focuses on supporting mental health and well-being. The class begins with some breathing, relaxation and visualisation exercises, before moving into gentle movement improvisation.
There are two Mind To Move classes - Mind To Move Community and Mind To Move Dancers. For more information please click here.
